This is a full-time role of Legal Specialist in Gurgaon requiring LL.B./LL.M. with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Wellversed owns and operates a portfolio of nutrition supplement brands to empower people to attain their most optimal state of wellness. The brands are made available to our customers through an omni-channel approach including our own eCommerce portal (
Job Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts, agreements, and business transactions.
Liaise with external counsel to manage and streamline legal processes.
Assist with mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring, and related transactions.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance, statutory and regulatory requirements.
Oversee intellectual property (IP) management, policy development, and compliance.
Maintain accuracy and legal compliance of all documents and contracts.
Required Skills
Proficiency in legal research tools and resources.
Strong knowledge of corporate law, tax law, intellectual property law, labor laws.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-experts.
Required Experience
Minimum 1 years of relevant experience.
LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized institution.
Proven experience in corporate law, contract drafting, and negotiation.
