Duties / Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Set up workstations with all the needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Ensure food is prepared on time and served hot and fresh
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Assist with receiving and properly storing food supplies and ingredients
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the chef or manager
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Adapt recipes to meet special dietary needs or requests
• Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
