Provide process control control systems and automation engineering support for refining petrochemical renewable fuels or complex process manufacturing facilities.
Support Distributed Control Systems (DCS) Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) and PLC-based control platforms.
Work on control system changes Management of Change (MOC) testing validation commissioning support and technical documentation.
Interpret P&IDs control narratives process trends operating procedures interlocks alarm documentation and cause-and-effect logic.
Support alarm management controller performance improvement control system reliability and process safety initiatives.
Analyze process data identify control issues and recommend practical engineering solutions.
Coordinate with Operations Process Control Automation Instrumentation Engineering and remote site teams.
Maintain accurate engineering records communicate project updates and ensure timely completion of deliverables and action items.
Follow operational excellence safety standards change control procedures and engineering best practices.
Requisites
BE / in Engineering.
Hands-on experience with DCS SIS or PLC-based control systems.
Preferred experience with Emerson DeltaV DeltaV SIS and Allen-Bradley PLCs .
Knowledge of MOC change control testing validation and commissioning processes.
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs control narratives interlocks alarm documentation and process trends.
Strong understanding of process safety operational excellence reliability and alarm management.
Experience in petroleum refining petrochemicals renewable fuels or other process manufacturing industries.
Strong analytical troubleshooting technical documentation and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and remote site stakeholders.
Strong ownership follow-up problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
