Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit IT professionals for contract positions.
Understand client requirements and prepare candidate profiles.
Screen candidates based on technical and functional requirements.
Coordinate interviews and candidate submissions.
Maintain candidate and client databases.
Manage onboarding and documentation processes.
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or staffing.
Experience with contract/T&M hiring.
Knowledge of IT technologies and job functions.
Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment databases.
