Contract management manager in Mumbai, India

Company : Advanced Metering Infrastructure Service Provider -Subsidiary of a Singapore based company

Role : Commercial/Contracts Analyst / Manager – Infrastructure Sector

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
Review correspondence with customers, analyse issues from both technical and commercial perspectives.
Support management in decision-making by providing insights, risk assessments, and recommendations.
Maintain contract and commercial documentation in an orderly, audit-ready manner.
Liaise with partner organisations' contracts teams for alignment, negotiation, performance and compliance.
Monitor contract performance, deliverables, obligations, and escalations.
Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms, amendments, & scopes.
Identify commercial risks, suggest mitigation strategies.
Preferably bring experience from infrastructure sectors: roads, energy, airports, or allied sectors.

Required Experience & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical), Law, Commerce, or Business Administration.
Prior experience (4-5 years) in contracts / commercial analysis in infra / EPC environment.
Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, technical specifications.
Excellent communication skills – written & verbal.
