About the job

We are hiring a full-time content writer who will be responsible for the content pieces present in our app. Candidates must be passionate, ownership - driven and self-motivated content writers with 1 year of relevant experience after graduation. Candidates will be given ample opportunities to grow and will be expected to take ownership of components and deliver.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Craft compelling and persuasive content that aligns with our brand voice and effectively communicates key messages to potential customers.
2. Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to ensure our content stays relevant and up-to-date.
3. Draft copy for push notifications, SMS, in-app, WhatsApp communication, and other user-facing touchpoints
4. Collaboration and brainstorming with the other members of the team to come out with innovative content ideas
5. Work with subject matter experts to gather insights and data for creating accurate and informative content pieces.
6. Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, coherence, and adherence to our style guidelines.
7. Understand the content and create placeholders for variable text parts of the app.
