About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Write high-quality content for websites, landing pages, blogs, articles, service pages and other digital platforms.
2. Develop SEO-friendly content aligned with keyword research, search intent and content marketing objectives.
3. Research topics, industries, competitors and target audiences to create accurate, relevant and informative content.
4. Write website content that communicates brand value propositions, services, features and benefits effectively.
5. Develop engaging content for different industries, including real estate, technology, healthcare, automotive, education, hospitality and other sectors.
6. Create content for social media, email marketing, digital campaigns and other marketing communication requirements.
7. Optimise existing website content to improve readability, relevance, SEO performance and user engagement.
8. Write compelling headlines, introductions, subheadings, meta titles, meta descriptions and calls to action wherever required.
9. Follow on-page SEO best practices, including natural keyword placement, internal linking, content structure and search intent alignment.
10. Develop content that is easy to understand, factually accurate, original and valuable to the target audience.
11. Update and refresh existing content based on changing business requirements, search trends and performance insights.
12. Use AI tools responsibly for research, ideation and productivity while ensuring the final content is accurate, original and human-edited.
13. Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, clarity, consistency and readability.
14. Collaborate with SEO specialists, designers, social media managers, developers and account managers.
15. Manage multiple content assignments and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.

Other requirements

A. Candidates with previous experience in a digital marketing or content marketing agency will be preferred.

B. Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush or similar platforms will be an advantage.

C. Basic understanding of WordPress or other content management systems is preferred.

D. Knowledge of content optimisation for AI-powered search and answer engines (AEO/GEO) will be an added advantage.

E. Candidates with a portfolio of published blogs, website pages, articles or other writing samples will be preferred.

F. Experience writing for multiple industries and managing multiple client accounts will be an advantage.

G. Candidates from BA/MA English, Mass media and communication , Journalism will have the preference
