Job Description:
Experinece- 2-4 Years

Responsibilities:
1. Platform Management : Manage and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook and other relevant platforms, with a clear understanding of each platform's best practices. Ensure consistency, accuracy and quality of content across all social media platforms.

2. Content Creation: Write compelling and engaging social media content focused on maximising audience reach, including creative copy and captions. Conceptualise creative ideas for multiple social media platforms to maximise audience
engagement. Develop Reels, posts, news updates, announcements and other platform-relevantcontent aligned with audience interests. Conduct thorough content research to ensure all posts are accurate, informative, relevant and timely.
Create and manage a social media content calendar to ensure planned, timely and
consistent content distribution.

3. Audience Engagement : Monitor audience interactions and respond to comments, messages and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Identify opportunities to increase audience engagement and build meaningful
interactions with the brand.

4. Trend & Competitor Analysis :Conduct regular competitor and industry analysis to understand market benchmarks and identify content opportunities. Stay updated on social media trends, formats, features and audience behaviour. Use relevant insights to refine the social media strategy and content approach.

5. Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content follows the organisation's brand voice, tone and communication guidelines. Maintain a consistent visual and narrative identity across all social media channels.

6. Team Coordination: Coordinate with the Video Production and Graphic Design teams for the development of visual collaterals. Brief creative teams clearly on content requirements, concepts, formats and timelines. Ensure content is delivered as per the social media calendar and campaign requirements
