We are looking for highly disciplined Content Writers & Creators who want to evolve into Growth Partners. This is a highly focused Content Operations & Writing position. You will not be managing superficial vanity metrics; you will be writing, designing, and executing content systems for global brands.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Content Writing, Copywriting & Storytelling
1. Write and structure high-value captions, articles, and newsletters for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and email marketing sequences.
2. Adapt writing to fit the distinct voice, personality, and tone of different international founders and brands, avoiding generic AI-generated templates.

B. Creative Content Design
1. Transform written concepts into clean, creative designs and visual content formats.

C. Digital Media & Community Operations
1. Execute daily content publishing activities across delegated client accounts.
2. Engage with target audiences, manage communities, and conduct prospect research to support lead generation.

D. Tracking & Execution
1. Monitor what works, document the process, and repeat successful approaches to build speed and mastery.

2. You have exceptionally strong written English skills (Non-negotiable).

3. You understand global digital media culture (LinkedIn, X, IG) beyond just scrolling.

4. You are ready to work full-time, in-office at our Noida HQ (No remote work).

5. You are comfortable with a 30:60:90-day structured performance cycle where you must prove your capabilities.

6. Candidates available to work Monday to Saturday, from 10:30 AM to 6:45 PM.

7. Candidates with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and a willingness to take responsibility.

8. Natural interest in Content, Social Media, Design, Digital Media, Global Culture, Global Marketing, and Global Communication.

9. Ability to carefully follow established processes before suggesting or implementing changes.

10. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify areas others may overlook.

11. Patience and consistency to repeat tasks until becoming efficient and proficient.

12. Ability to receive and implement feedback positively.

13. Strong discipline, consistency, accountability, and willingness to take ownership.
