Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Military Writing Specialist to work on a Full-Time basis. The role involves preparing and editing military-related documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to military standards. You will support operational reporting, briefings, and technical documentation for defense and security contexts.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, edit, and proofread military documents including after-action reports, operational summaries, and readiness assessments.
Ensure all written materials comply with military formatting, terminology, and classification guidelines.
Collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders to gather information and refine content for clarity and precision.
Maintain confidentiality and security protocols for sensitive military and defense-related materials.
Adapt technical military terminology for diverse audiences, including non-military personnel.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience preparing military documents such as reports, briefings, or operational orders is required.
Proficiency in military terminology, acronyms, and classification standards is essential.
Strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail and factual accuracy are mandatory.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines is required.
Familiarity with defense and security sector operations is preferred.
