About the Role:

We are looking for a Content Writer who can take existing content (blogs, case studies, reports) and turn it into high-performing short-form content, while owning brand presence across social platforms and community forums like Reddit and Quora. This role sits at the intersection of content repurposing, brand/community management, and distribution. You are comfortable taking a long-form piece and turning it into a Reddit discussion thread, a Quora answer, a LinkedIn carousel, or any other channel-native format - and getting it in front of the right audience on the right channel. You'll need strong short-form writing skills, a working understanding of SEO as it applies to distribution, and genuine familiarity with how different social and community platforms (and their algorithms) actually work. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants to own content repurposing, brand, and distribution end-to-end - rather than sitting in only one part of the funnel.

Responsibilities:

Content Writing & Creation:

Research and write high-quality content across formats, including blogs, articles, social media posts, Reddit and Quora content, and other short-form content marketing assets.
Develop content ideas based on audience needs, industry trends, customer pain points, and business objectives.
Write clear, engaging, and audience-focused content while maintaining Contify's brand voice and tone.
Work with subject matter experts and internal teams to understand complex topics and translate them into accessible, useful content.
Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, consistency, and tone.

Content Repurposing & Distribution:

Repurpose long-form content (blogs, case studies, reports) into short-form, channel-native formats - social posts, carousels, discussion threads, forum answers, and more.
Build and execute a distribution plan that takes one core piece of content and multiplies its reach across different channels.

Brand & Community Management:

Own Contify's presence on community forums like Reddit and Quora - identifying relevant conversations, publishing repurposed content, and answering questions in a way that builds brand credibility.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all community and social touchpoints.

Social Media Management:

Manage posting and publishing across social platforms (LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Quora, and others), from content design to research to scheduling and publishing.
Maintain a working knowledge of platform-specific best practices and algorithm behavior to maximize reach and engagement.
Coordinate with design resources (or create using tools like Canva) to ensure content is visually optimized for each platform.

Performance & Optimization:

Track content and distribution performance across channels, and use those insights to refine what gets repurposed, where it gets published, and how it's framed.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in content writing, social media, preferably within B2B SaaS or a similar enterprise domain.
Strong short-form writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and format for different platforms and audiences.
Working knowledge of SEO principles as they apply to distribution and discoverability - keyword usage, search intent.
Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Quora) - including a practical understanding of how each platform's algorithm and community norms work.
Experience or strong aptitude for content repurposing - turning one long-form asset into multiple channel-specific formats.
Basic design sense and comfort with tools like Canva for creating platform-optimized visuals.
Ability to work independently across the repurposing-to-distribution lifecycle: research, short-form writing, publishing, and reporting.

Tools & Technical Skills:

SEO Basics: Google Search Console, keyword research fundamentals
Writing & Editing: Google Docs, Grammarly
CMS & Publishing: WordPress
Social & Community Platforms: LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Quora
Design & Visual Content: Canva
Analytics & Performance Tracking: Google Analytics, Looker Studio
AI Tools (Content & Research): ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
Collaboration & Workflow Management: Jira, Slack, Notion

Our Culture and Values:

We are looking for a collaborative leader who thrives in a team-centric environment and is deeply committed to our collective mission of delivering exceptional user value.
