Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the brand's goals and target audience.
2. Plan and manage monthly/weekly content calendars across digital and offline platforms.
3. Research, write, edit and proofread articles, blogs, social media posts, newsletters, website copy and marketing content.
4. Create engaging and audience-focused story ideas, campaigns and content themes.
5. Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers and external contributors to deliver content.
6. Manage content from concept, writing, editing, design, approval, publishing.
7. Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice, tone, visual direction and quality.
8. Edit and refine content for grammar, readability, accuracy and storytelling.
9. Conduct research and fact-check information before publication.
10. Manage and organize content assets, images, videos, and documents.
11. Track content performance using relevant metrics and suggest improvements.
12. Stay updated on content trends, social media trends, audience interests and competitor activity.
13. Support marketing campaigns, events, launches and promotional activities with relevant content.
14. Work with internal teams and stakeholders to collect information and convert it into engaging content.
15. Manage deadlines and ensure timely publication of all content.
16. Maintain a structured content repository and editorial workflow.
