About the job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to handle end-to-end catalog management, inventory tracking, and daily order processing. The ideal candidate will ensure our products are accurately listed, properly optimized, and seamlessly fulfilled across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and others.

Key responsibilities:

A. Product Listing & Catalog Management
1. Create, upload, and update product listings, including titles, high-resolution images, bullet points, descriptions, pricing, and SKUs, across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and WooCommerce.
2. Optimize product listings using relevant keywords and SEO best practices to improve organic visibility, search rankings, and conversion rates.
3. Create enhanced content, such as A+ Content and brand story modules, wherever applicable.
4. Audit product listings regularly to identify and correct errors, mismatched attributes, and policy non-compliance issues.

B. Inventory Management & Stock Synchronization
1. Monitor daily stock levels across internal warehouses, fulfillment centers, and marketplace dashboards.
2. Maintain real-time inventory synchronization between ERP or inventory software and seller portals to prevent stock-outs, backorders, and overselling.
3. Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.

C. Order Processing & Fulfillment
1. Monitor, download, and process daily incoming orders across all active e-commerce and quick-commerce channels.
2. Generate shipping labels, prepare order manifests, and coordinate handovers with delivery partners and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.
3. Track delayed shipments, manage transit exceptions, and coordinate the resolution of customer returns, cancellations, and replacements.

D. Reporting & Coordination
1. Track and record daily and weekly sales figures, return rates, and platform fee metrics using Excel or Google Sheets.
2. Assist in executing promotional campaigns, discount coupons, and festive sale events according to the business calendar.
3. Coordinate with customer support, marketing, and design teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
