About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage our Shopify store, including product listings, shade variants, pricing, images, descriptions, and collections.
2. Create and test discount codes, promotional offers, bundles, and seasonal campaigns.
3. Monitor inventory across all shades, maintain accurate stock levels, and flag low-stock items or discrepancies.
4. Track daily sales, orders, cancellations, returns, and refunds, and prepare weekly performance reports.
5. Coordinate order fulfilment with our warehouse and delivery partners, following up on delayed or unsuccessful deliveries.
6. Update website banners, landing pages, and other content in coordination with the creative team.
7. Regularly check the website, cart, checkout, payment options, and discount codes to identify and resolve issues.
8. Manage Shopify apps and coordinate with developers or support teams for technical fixes.
9. Set up and monitor abandoned-checkout and post-purchase communications.
10. Work with the marketing team to ensure campaigns and website offers are correctly implemented.
11. Identify opportunities to improve the shopping experience and conversion rate.
