About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage category sales, margins, pricing, product assortment, and catalogue performance.
2. Analyse sales trends, identify bestsellers and slow-moving products, and recommend actions to improve performance.
3. Forecast SKU-level demand and coordinate inventory planning, replenishment, and stock allocation with the Bhiwandi warehouse.
4. Manage marketplace operations across Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra and other relevant platforms.
5. Monitor listing quality, pricing, stock availability, returns, cancellations, and marketplace account health.
6. Coordinate new product launches, seasonal collections, promotional campaigns, and marketplace sale events.
7. Work with marketing, design, content, sourcing, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
8. Maintain sales and inventory reports and dashboards, track key performance indicators, and recommend data-driven improvements.
9. Resolve catalogue errors, inventory mismatches, and marketplace operational issues promptly.

Other requirements

1. 2–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce category management, marketplace operations or inventory planning.

2. Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra or similar marketplaces.

3. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and reporting.

4. Understanding of sales, margins, inventory turnover, stock cover and returns.

5. Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.

6. Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across teams and take ownership of outcomes.

7. Experience with Unicommerce, Increff or similar inventory management systems is an advantage.

8. Experience in children's products, lifestyle, fashion or gifting is preferred.
