About the job

We are Karnataka Bangles Store - Bangalore's biggest wholesaler of Glass Bangles, and we also deal in American Diamond Bangles, Kundan Bangles, brass bangles, oxidised bangles, and oxidised and daily-wear collections. On social media, we are known as BanglesAffairs. We supply PAN India via IndiaMART, and we have an offline wholesale store in Chickpet, Bangalore.

We are looking for a smart person for our e-commerce & content team. This is a non-IT role. Work includes product photography, Reels making, listing management, and B2B sales handling with AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Click high-quality photos and videos of Glass Bangles and other categories, and edit using AI & editing tools
2. Create and manage product listings on IndiaMART, Amazon & Website
3. Create trending Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts for BanglesAffairs to showcase our glass bangles collection
4. Write attractive product descriptions, captions, and hashtags using AI tools
5. Manage WhatsApp Business - catalogue, quick replies, labels, and broadcasts
6. Handle B2B enquiries and convert them into orders via calls and WhatsApp
7. Maintain daily orders, inventory, and sales reports in MS Excel
8. Proactively identify and onboard new B2B customers through lead generation and outreach via social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and b2b marketplace
