About the job

Slimjim is growing, and we're looking for an E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. We're looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, managing an e-commerce website, running campaigns, improving how products are presented online, coordinating with different teams, and making sure things get executed. If you've worked with Shopify, e-commerce, digital marketing, or a D2C brand, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and update our Shopify website, product pages, collections, banners, offers, and discounts.
2. Improve product listings through better titles, descriptions, images, tags, collections, and basic SEO.
3. Support product launches, sales, promotional campaigns, and new initiatives.
4. Help execute campaigns across WhatsApp, email, app notifications, website, and social media.
5. Keep an eye on website hygiene, including stock status, sold-out products, pricing, offers, product information, and website errors.
6. Coordinate closely with our design, content, marketing, warehouse, and operations teams.
7. Help develop campaign ideas and improve how products and offers are presented to customers.
8. Track what is working and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and online sales.
9. Take ownership of projects and follow through from idea to execution.

4. Are organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.

5. Can comfortably manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams.

6. Think from the customer's point of view.

7. Communicate clearly and follow up consistently.
