Profile: Content Creator & Video Editor (Part-time, Hybrid)
Location: Sector 66, Gurugram | 2 shoot days a week | 20,000-22,000/month + 3,000 travel allowance
Role: Two shoot days a week. Edit from home. Grow a channel from the ground up, and grow with it.

Meet Aarshia [@beingaarshia]: 19, a natural performer who loves acting, public speaking, fashion, dancing, and being on camera. She has Down syndrome, brings loads of humour and ideas, and is ready to build her presence on Instagram and YouTube. We're looking for a creator to shoot, edit, plan, and grow her channel, and to bring her into the creative process along the way. The role involves working closely and one-on-one with Aarshia, a young woman in the home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Come up with creative ideas, write scripts, and get them approved
2. Plan and batch-shoot Reels, Shorts, and vlogs on your two on-site days, at home and on outings ( if any)
3. Edit from home, adding music, captions, and on-screen text
4. Create covers, thumbnails, and captions that make each post stand out
5. Reply to comments and messages warmly and professionally
6. Track what's working each month and use it to shape the next month's ideas
7. Keep Aarshia involved and on board at every stage, from ideas to the final post

Monthly target: 12 reels + 2 stories every day.

What we offer:

1. 20,000-22,000/month + 3,000 travel allowance
2. Hybrid: 2 on-site shoot days a week (about 4-5 hours each) in Sector 66, Gurugram, with editing and posting from home
3. Predictable shoot days, flexible timing for remote work, and freedom to take other clients
4. Equipment provided
5. Compensation review at 6 months, with bonuses at follower/engagement milestones and a share of brand collaborations
6. Room to grow into content and marketing across iCANthink and our other education platforms, including social media, programme launches, and campaigns

1. Have 1-2+ years shooting and editing short-form video, with a portfolio of videos you personally shot and edited

2. Are comfortable with mobile editing apps like CapCut, InShot, or VN

3. Know Instagram and YouTube trends and formats

4. Can spot a story in everyday moments

5. Are organised, reliable, patient, and warm

6. Would enjoy helping a beginner learn to shoot and edit

7. Want a steady, long-term creative role
