About the job

Mission 91 is a curated store for Indian homegrown sneakers (https://jobeax.com/link/6tqelXpIgAzrmVXw). We pick brands we believe in, test them properly, and present them with a calm, quiet-luxury look. We're small: right now it's me, Kedhar, the founder, plus an intern. You'd be the person who makes Mission 91 show up on people's phones every day.

Key responsibilities:

1. Shoot and edit Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts every day
2. Make product videos and on-foot shots of the sneakers we stock
3. Shoot and edit our signature bandsaw tear-down videos, where we cut shoes open to show how well they're built
4. Edit my founder-on-camera clips (I stay the face of the brand, and you work mostly behind the camera)
5. Plan and run shoots: shot lists, props, lighting, and getting shoes ready
6. Track which reels work and do more of what does

Location: Hyderabad. On-site for shoots, and you can work from home on editing days.
Pay: 20,000 to 30,000 a month, based on your work, plus a bonus for every order (details discussed in the interview).
Perks: flexible hours with work-from-home on editing days, real creative ownership, room to grow into lead creator, letter of recommendation, and certificate.
Skills: Video Editing, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, CapCut, VN Editor, Adobe Premiere Pro, Mobile Videography, Content Creation, Social Media Marketing.
Also open to a long internship with a pre-placement offer.
