Key Responsibilities:

1. On-Camera Content Creation: Confidently appear in Instagram Reels, educational videos, product demonstrations, interviews, and other social media content.
2. Content Ideation: Research trends, develop creative concepts, write engaging hooks, and brainstorm fresh content ideas.
3. Social Media Management: Help manage Matri's Instagram and other social media platforms, including content planning, posting, captions, and audience engagement.
4. Reels & Video Production: Plan and coordinate shoots, create short-form videos, and collaborate with our video editor and graphic designer.
5. Influencer & UGC Marketing: Discover relevant influencers and UGC creators, coordinate collaborations, and manage creator communication.
6. Campaign Execution: Contribute creative ideas and content for product launches, marketing campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.
7. Trend Research: Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral formats, trending audio, and emerging content styles.
8. Content Performance: Track engagement, reach, views, and other performance metrics to identify what works.
