Key Responsibilities:

1. Own and grow the brand's organic presence across YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and X.
2. Identify emerging trends, develop engaging hooks, and create content opportunities that drive organic views and engagement.
3. Repurpose drama clips and entertainment content into high-performing short-form content.
4. Grow YouTube by developing and executing content strategies focused on increasing views, subscribers, and audience engagement.
5. Create and optimize Instagram Reels using strong hooks, trending formats, clips, and repeatable content strategies.
6. Build a distinctive and engaging voice on X focused on the OTT and entertainment space.
7. Build and nurture authentic communities on Reddit through meaningful, human-led participation and conversations.
8. Monitor content performance, audience behavior, and platform trends to continuously improve organic growth.

1. Ability to write compelling hooks that capture attention and stop users mid-scroll.

2. Strong understanding of current social media trends and the ability to identify trends before they peak.

3. Proven experience growing at least one social media channel or account from a small audience into an engaged community.

4. Strong understanding of Reddit communities, with the ability to contribute value while following community guidelines.

5. Bilingual proficiency in Hindi and English, with the ability to switch naturally between languages based on the target audience.
