About the job

We make short, addictive microdramas; the kind people watch at 2 am and can't stop. Viralo TV and Rigi TV are our two platforms: one subscription-based, one free-with-ads. We're growing fast across India and globally. We win by being smarter, faster, and closer to the internet than everyone else. That's where you come in.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own and grow the brand's organic presence across YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and X.
2. Identify emerging trends, develop engaging hooks, and create content opportunities that drive organic views and engagement.
3. Repurpose drama clips and entertainment content into high-performing short-form content.
4. Grow YouTube by developing and executing content strategies focused on increasing views, subscribers, and audience engagement.
5. Create and optimize Instagram Reels using strong hooks, trending formats, clips, and repeatable content strategies.
6. Build a distinctive and engaging voice on X focused on the OTT and entertainment space.
7. Build and nurture authentic communities on Reddit through meaningful, human-led participation and conversations.
8. Monitor content performance, audience behavior, and platform trends to continuously improve organic growth.

What we offer:

Full-time. High ownership. Direct access to the founders. No layers, no week-long approval chains.
