Baxter seeks a Consultant, IT to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of secure, scalable Workday integrations across the global People Technology landscape. This role partners with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to establish technical standards and provide delivery governance for enterprise integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end Workday integrations across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and Identity Management systems
• Lead integration architecture, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support activities
• Establish integration standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices for the organization
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to internal teams and external vendors
• Drive automation and modernization initiatives across HR technology platforms and ensure compliance with SOX, privacy, and security requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years enterprise application integration and software development experience
• 5+ years hands-on Workday integration experience in complex enterprise environments
• Advanced expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON
• Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM, Business Processes, Security Framework, Data Model
• Experience integrating Workday with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Identity Management, and third-party systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills
