About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and regularly update inventory management software, ensuring accurate stock records.
2. Enter and maintain details of purchases, sales, stock transfers, returns, and adjustments in the system.
3. Maintain accurate records of product/item details, quantities, prices, SKUs, and stock movements.
4. Monitor inventory levels and highlight low-stock, excess-stock, or discrepancy issues to management.
5. Assist in physical stock verification and reconcile differences between physical stock and software records.
6. Generate basic inventory, sales, purchase, and stock reports as required.
7. Maintain and organize digital and physical office records and documents.
8. Perform basic Excel/Google Sheets, email, printing, scanning, and other computer-related office tasks.
9. Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and accounts teams for accurate data entry and record maintenance.
10. Ensure that all computer/system entries are updated on time and maintained accurately.
11. Handle other day-to-day administrative and computer-based office tasks as assigned by management.
