About the Role

Use your IT leadership expertise to help shape the next generation of AI systems.

You’ll evaluate AI-generated IT management content, workflows, and decision-making scenarios using your real-world experience managing information systems, coordinating technical teams, and overseeing enterprise technology operations. Your expert judgment will help improve the accuracy, quality, and practical usefulness of advanced AI systems.

This is a flexible remote opportunity for experienced IT leaders who want to apply their professional expertise to emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated project plans, technical standards, incident responses, and other IT management artifacts for quality, accuracy, and practical relevance.

• Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on operational soundness, technical rigor, and cross-functional feasibility.

• Review IT management scenarios involving system prioritization, vendor coordination, technical support, resource allocation, and team assignments.

• Assess whether AI-generated recommendations reflect sound IT management principles and real-world operational practices.

• Identify inaccuracies, gaps, risks, and areas for improvement in AI-generated content.

• Provide clear, well-reasoned written feedback based on your professional experience.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in an IT management or closely related role, such as:

  • Information Technology Manager

  • Information Systems Manager

  • IT Director

  • Application Development Director

  • Technical Services Manager

  • Or another closely related IT leadership position

• Experience directing or coordinating teams across electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, computer programming, or related technical functions.

• Strong understanding of IT operations, information systems, and technical team management.

• Excellent written English communication skills.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.

• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week .

• Engagement Type: Independent contractor

• Expected Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks

• Time Commitment: 20+ hours per week

• Compensation: $145,600–$228,800 annualized ($70–$110/hour)

• Schedule: Flexible; work on your own schedule

• Payment: Weekly via Stripe or Wise

The initial task is compensated on a task-based basis and is paid upon approval. Experts who complete their first task within the required timeframe may then qualify for hourly compensation for the remainder of the project.

Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on project needs and performance.
