About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing WhatsApp groups: responding to queries, explaining events, and coordinating with participants
2. Tracking finances for event entries and reconciliation
3. Managing and following up on Instagram leads and enquiries
4. Providing on-ground support and backend operations during events and for facilities
5. Working on backend coordination with team members, volunteers, and participants
6. Hosting events, managing logistics, and vendors

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 1 month

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 20,000 - 50,000 /year
