Manage the team s shared inboxes, responding to queries in a timely manner.
Pull reports from systems and other data sources to support team coordinators with dashboards.
Maintain the team s training tracker and calendar of events.
Schedule live training, wellbeing sessions and global inductions from start to finish, including creating Zoom links, tracking sign-ups and attendance, sending reports to partners where appropriate, sending reminder invites, creating feedback forms, sending follow-up notes, and curating feedback.
Maintain the team s pages on YouGov s intranet and generate reports as needed.
Arrange team meetings.
Support in sending global communications from the team s inbox.
Process invoices and expenses.
Work with partners in creating materials for our programmes and initiatives.
Support the wider team with any administrative support that is required. These are the essentials you ll need to get an interview:
