Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad is hiring for Commis in Hyderabad. Support hotel kitchen operations through preparation, mise en place, cleanliness and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare basic ingredients and assist senior chefs during service.
  • Follow recipe, portioning and plating directions.
  • Maintain clean work areas and store food safely.
  • Help with receiving, stock rotation and closing routines.

Relevant skills and experience

  • Basic kitchen skills and willingness to learn.
  • Hygiene awareness, reliability and ability to follow instructions.
