About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare high-quality croissants, sourdough bread, and other bakery products as per company standards.
2. Ensure proper preparation, proofing, baking, and presentation of croissants and sourdough products.
3. Maintain consistency in taste, texture, quality, and presentation of bakery products.
4. Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
5. Manage daily bakery production and ensure products are prepared within the required timelines.
6. Monitor and maintain the quality of ingredients and finished products.
7. Support the team in maintaining proper inventory and minimizing food wastage.
8. Follow recipes, standard operating procedures, and kitchen guidelines.

Who can apply

1. have minimum 1 years of experience

Other requirements

1. Hands-on expertise in preparing Croissants and Sourdough is required.

2. A minimum of 1 year of relevant bakery experience is preferred. Candidates with at least 6 months of relevant internship experience may also be considered.

3. Minimum qualification of 12th pass is required.

4. Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Bakery, or Hotel Management will be preferred.

5. Candidates with practical bakery experience and good knowledge of bakery techniques are preferred.

6. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
