Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact customers regarding pending dues and payment obligations.
2. Follow up with customers through calls and field visits as assigned.
3. Explain outstanding amounts and payment-related information professionally.
4. Encourage customers to make timely payments.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.
6. Update collection status and submit daily activity reports.
7. Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
8. Escalate difficult or unresolved cases to the Team Leader.
9. Follow company policies, client guidelines and collection procedures.
10. Maintain professional behaviour while dealing with customers.
11. Maintain confidentiality of customer and client information.
