Medtronic seeks a co-op/apprentice for an entry-level, non-technical support role based in Gurgaon. The position involves product training, operating room support, customer engagement, and field-based work across medical therapy areas.

Responsibilities

  • Complete intensive technical training on therapies and products; demonstrate proficiency in product knowledge
  • Provide support during surgeries in operating theaters and conduct hospital staff training on equipment
  • Meet with customers for therapy and product awareness; conduct product demonstrations as needed
  • Participate in workshops and conferences; handle logistics and documentation of field activities
  • Ensure optimal product utilization by end users and provide technical or clinical materials to support team discussions

Requirements
