• Ability to operate CNC turning machines, understand machine functions, and follow standard operating procedures. • Competency in setting up tools, selecting suitable inserts, setting tool offsets, and ensuring correct component positioning. • Understanding insert grades, tool selection, cutting parameters, tool wear, and tool life management. • Ability to read engineering drawings, understand dimensions, tolerances, symbols, and machining requirements.
