• CNC Operation & Setup: Operate and set up CNC machines as per technical drawings and 
production requirements.
• Quality Control & Inspection: Inspect finished components to ensure dimensional accuracy and 
compliance with quality standards. 
• Process & Production Support: Support production activities, troubleshoot machine issues, and 
ensure smooth workflow to meet production targets. 
• Safety & Compliance: Follow workplace safety procedures, machine operating guidelines, and 
company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

• Ability to operate CNC turning machines, understand machine functions, and follow standard 
operating procedures. 
• Competency in setting up tools, selecting suitable inserts, setting tool offsets, and ensuring 
correct component positioning. 
• Understanding insert grades, tool selection, cutting parameters, tool wear, and tool life 
management. 
• Ability to read engineering drawings, understand dimensions, tolerances, symbols, and machining 
requirements.
