CNC Operator (ITI Fresher) - Contract Role in Rohtak, Haryana

Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery to produce high-quality parts according to technical specifications.
Perform routine machine setups, tool changes, and adjustments to ensure optimal production efficiency.
Conduct regular quality checks and inspections on finished components to ensure they meet established tolerances and standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company health and safety protocols.
Monitor equipment performance and report any mechanical malfunctions or maintenance requirements to the supervisor immediately.
Document production activity accurately, including quantities produced and any downtime encountered during the shift.
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets and project deadlines.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and precision in all manufacturing tasks.
Qualifications:
Must possess an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in a relevant technical field.
Demonstrated proficiency in CNC operations and understanding of machining processes.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Available for a contract placement located in Rohtak, Haryana (124001).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
