About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate CNC machines for precision manufacturing of robotics components.
2. Read and interpret CAD models, technical drawings, and machining specifications.
3. Create/modify CAD designs and generate G-code/toolpaths for CNC machining.
4. Set up machines, select tools, load materials, and execute machining operations.
5. Perform dimensional and quality checks using precision measuring instruments.
6. Troubleshoot basic machining issues and optimize cutting parameters where required.
7. Maintain machine cleanliness, safety, and basic preventive maintenance.
8. Coordinate with the robotics/mechanical team to meet production timelines.

4. Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.

5. Knowledge of CNC milling/turning, tooling, feeds & speeds, and machining practices preferred.
