About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Manager – North to lead and drive the performance of Swiss Beauty’s Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) kiosks across the North region.

The role will be responsible for managing cluster-level sales, retail operations, team performance, visual merchandising, inventory, customer experience, and overall profitability of the assigned EBO kiosk network. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in beauty & cosmetics with a proven track record of managing multiple stores/kiosks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Sales Management

• Own the sales targets and business performance of the assigned EBO kiosks across the North region.
• Drive like-for-like growth, conversion, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), and overall productivity.
• Develop and execute cluster-level sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Identify opportunities for business growth through local activations, promotions, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Monitor store-wise performance and implement corrective actions wherever required.

2. Retail Operations

• Ensure smooth and consistent operations across all assigned EBO kiosks.
• Maintain adherence to Swiss Beauty’s SOPs, operational standards, grooming guidelines, and customer service protocols.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to identify operational gaps and ensure timely closure.
• Ensure optimum manpower deployment and adherence to attendance and operational discipline.
• Coordinate with internal teams for store launches, relocations, renovations, and other retail initiatives.

3. Team Management & Development

• Lead, motivate, and develop Store Managers / Beauty Advisors / Sales Associates across the cluster.
• Set clear individual and store-level targets and monitor performance regularly.
• Conduct regular reviews, coaching sessions, and on-the-job training.
• Identify high performers and build a strong internal talent pipeline.
• Ensure adequate staffing and support recruitment and onboarding of retail personnel.

4. Inventory & Stock Management

• Ensure optimum stock availability across all EBO kiosks.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock ageing, fast- and slow-moving SKUs, and stock replenishment.
• Minimize stock-outs, excess inventory, damages, and shrinkage.
• Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment.
• Ensure proper stock handling and inventory accuracy at store level.

5. Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards

• Ensure all kiosks consistently adhere to Swiss Beauty’s VM and brand guidelines.
• Drive effective product visibility, display standards, launches, and promotional communication.
• Ensure new launches and priority products receive appropriate visibility.
• Conduct regular VM audits and implement corrective actions.

6. Customer Experience

• Ensure a high-quality and consistent customer experience across all EBO kiosks.
• Monitor customer feedback and address service-related issues promptly.
• Drive customer engagement, product trials, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Ensure Beauty Advisors are well trained on product knowledge and selling techniques.

7. MIS, Analytics & Reporting

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of the cluster.
• Analyse store-wise KPIs and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Prepare regular business reviews and performance reports for senior management.
• Track key metrics such as sales achievement, productivity, conversion, ATV, UPT, footfall, inventory, and manpower productivity.

8. Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, VM, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Training teams.
• Coordinate with mall/high-street partners and landlords wherever required.
• Support new store expansion and identification of potential locations in the North region.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 5–10 years of experience in retail, preferably with multi-store / cluster management experience.
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, or consumer retail will be preferred.
• Graduate/MBA in Retail, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail sales, store operations, team management, and commercial KPIs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple locations and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned North India cluster.
