About the job

You will deliver technical assistance for Web, Media performance delivery, Security, and Edge Compute services to valued customers. Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, ensuring optimal product use, and fostering customer relationships. Support is offered remotely through a ticketing system, email, and online calls, ensuring efficient communication and accurate documentation of all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Working as a trusted partner to troubleshoot and mitigate complex technical issues for accounts in the US regions.
2. Leading technical investigations across the Connected Cloud Platform worldwide.
3. Owning customer problems until resolution and collaborating with internal teams across time zones.
4. Using and maintaining the Knowledge Database while utilizing a continuous improvement approach.
5. Providing feedback to improve our internal tools, procedures, and working towards becoming an SME.

Other requirements

1. Have a passion for delivering excellent service in a customer-facing role, providing business-to-business support.

2. Know and have a demonstrable understanding of standard internet protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, QUIC, DNS, and BGP.

3. Have experience with Linux, specifically in a Bash/Shell command line environment covering application logs.

4. Have demonstrable experience in programming languages (such as Python and Java, as well as web technologies such as HTML and JavaScript).
