Labcorp seeks a Clinical Data Risk & Solutions Analyst to monitor clinical study laboratory metrics, identify data risks, and develop mitigation strategies. The role involves data analysis, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication across a portfolio of global studies on a rotational shift basis in Bengaluru.
Responsibilities
Monitor and report clinical study laboratory metrics across assigned study portfolio
Extract data from multiple sources and convert to actionable insights for stakeholders
Conduct risk assessments on studies and propose monitoring solutions to mitigate identified risks
Review study laboratory data using analytics and visualizations to identify issues proactively
Communicate regularly with key stakeholders and support Risk Management Plan maintenance
Requirements
Master's degree or PhD in a scientific field
3-5 years of experience in project management or data analysis for pharmaceutical/healthcare
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Previous client-facing experience
Data-driven analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills
