Responsibilities
Monitor and report clinical study laboratory metrics across assigned portfolio
Perform risk assessments on studies and propose monitoring solutions to mitigate risks
Extract data from multiple sources and present actionable insights to stakeholders
Design customized monitoring packages tailored to study needs and client requirements
Collaborate with developers and study teams to ensure monitoring tools meet specifications
Requirements
Master's degree or PhD in scientific field
3-5 years experience in project management or data analysis in pharmaceutical/healthcare
Advanced Excel proficiency
Prior client-facing experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent English communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
