Responsibilities
Monitor and report clinical study laboratory metrics for assigned portfolio
Perform risk assessments on studies and propose mitigation solutions before study start
Extract and analyze data from multiple sources to identify issues and provide actionable insights
Develop customized monitoring packages and instructions based on study needs
Liaise with developers and stakeholders to ensure monitoring tools meet specifications
Requirements
Master's degree or PhD in a scientific field
3-5 years of experience in project management or data analysis in pharmaceutical/healthcare
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Prior client-facing experience
Data-driven analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently
