Labcorp seeks a Clinical Data Analyst I to manage data discrepancies between clients and internal databases in a clinical laboratory setting. The role involves analyzing client requests, resolving data issues, updating systems per GCP guidelines, and coordinating with internal teams. Based in Bengaluru on a rotational shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve client-reported data discrepancies while maintaining GCP compliance
• Lead cross-functional communications to drive discrepancy resolution to completion
• Perform data revisions from basic to highly complex using established processes
• Generate, review, and troubleshoot database reports and resolve identified issues
• Escalate risks or issues impacting timely resolution and client deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field
• Minimum 4 years professional experience
• Strong data revision and clinical data management knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Understanding of lab data reconciliation processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
