Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Clinical Data Associate II to lead data review, cleaning, and quality assurance activities for clinical trials. The role involves managing data queries, reconciliations, and validation across studies while ensuring GCP compliance and inspection readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, resolve, and update data discrepancies in management database
  • Generate, track, and resolve data clarification queries and CRF design updates
  • Review data listings and validation reports for accuracy and consistency
  • Perform SAE and third-party vendor reconciliations and data management activities
  • Produce regular project status reports for CDM management and clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic qualification
  • 4+ years experience in clinical data management role
  • Proficiency with RAVE or Veeva EDC systems
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Knowledge of medical and clinical trial terminology
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with moderate supervision
