Key responsibilities:

1. Communicate with authors, researchers, faculty members, and scholars through WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
2. Understand clients' research publication requirements, subject areas, manuscript status, preferred journals, and publication timelines.
3. Build long-term relationships, maintain client satisfaction, and encourage repeat business and referrals.
4. Handle incoming leads from Meta Ads, website inquiries, and other marketing channels, and maintain accurate client records.
5. Explain Swaz Publication's services, pricing, processes, and terms clearly to clients.
