Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Qualification and Follow-Up: Work on qualified leads provided by the company, understand the prospect's requirements, maintain consistent follow-ups, and move potential clients through the sales process.
2. Client Consultation and Requirement Understanding: Connect with prospects to understand their business goals, challenges, budget, and project requirements, and identify the most suitable Shopify solution for their needs.
3. Solution Presentation and Product Demonstration: Present Shopify services and solutions clearly and compellingly, conduct customized demonstrations when required, and effectively communicate the value of our services.
4. Objection Handling and Negotiation: Address client concerns, resolve objections, discuss project scope and commercials, and negotiate effectively to turn interested prospects into confirmed customers.
5. Order Conversion and Deal Closure: Take ownership of the sales process from the initial lead interaction through final confirmation, ensuring timely follow-ups and successfully closing orders.
6. Client Handover and Coordination: Once the order is confirmed, coordinate with the relevant internal team and ensure a smooth handover of client requirements for the next stage of project onboarding.
