About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage front desk operations while delivering outstanding concierge support and client service excellence.
2. Perform essential daily studio tasks and projects, including checking clients into class, maintaining a luxury studio look and feel, assisting clients with package selection, etc.
3. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the organization and its values in a positive way
4. Provide support to Instructors and work as a team with all other staff members
5. Assist with the training and coaching of new hires for the Client Services Team as needed
6. Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations
7. Uphold company brand standards in terms of studio look and feel, client service and company culture
8. Actively contribute to companies topline revenue through achieving predetermined sales targets

Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken)

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. Must be available to work 6 days per week, including either Saturdays or Sundays

2. Capacity to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, early mornings and holidays

3. 0-2 years of customer service and sales experience

4. Love of fitness and wellness

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

6. Strong computer skills

7. Superior problem-solving and multitasking abilities

8. Strong work ethic

9. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
