About the Opportunity A fast-growing startup in the fitness tech and talent development sector, we empower gyms, trainers, and wellness studios across India to scale their client base, retention, and revenue through data-driven client servicing and sales strategies. We blend fitness industry insights with modern CRM, automation, and relationship-building frameworks to help our partners grow sustainably—without compromising client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
Engage with fitness studios, trainers, and wellness centers to understand their client retention & sales challenges.
Proactively onboard new partners by guiding them through our client servicing tools and sales enablement workflows.
Track KPIs like client churn, conversion rate, and upsell potential; provide actionable feedback to partners.
Coordinate with internal product and marketing teams to customize onboarding and support journeys.
Run periodic check-ins and training sessions to ensure partners maximize platform adoption and ROI.
Collect client feedback and success stories to fuel case studies and growth campaigns.
