Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day communication with clients and serve as the primary point of contact across assigned events and accounts.
• Understand client objectives, convert requirements into actionable event plans, and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and production partners.
• Prepare briefs, timelines, status updates, proposals, and presentations while tracking deliverables, budgets, and milestones.
• Identify risks early, resolve issues professionally, and ensure smooth execution from initial briefing through post-event closure.
• Build strong client relationships, support account growth, and contribute to improving service quality and repeat business.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, event management, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with tight deadlines, and remain composed during live event execution.
• Commercial awareness and a practical understanding of client expectations, event deliverables, and vendor coordination.
• The role is based in Sanjay Nagar, Bangalore, and is suited to a full-time professional who can work closely with on-ground event teams.
