We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can effectively manage client communication, understand their requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of digital marketing projects.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations.
Coordinate with Social Media, SEO, Performance Marketing, Content, Graphic Design, and Development teams .
Follow up on deliverables, timelines, approvals, and client feedback.
Prepare and share regular client updates and reports .
Identify client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Participate in client meetings and calls.
Maintain proper documentation of client requirements and communication.
Support upselling and cross-selling of digital marketing services when relevant.
Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role.
Good understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing concepts .
Basic knowledge of services offered by a Digital Marketing Agency , including SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC/Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, and Website Development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
Strong coordination, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Agency experience will be preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Delhi/NCR .
