About the job

With over 8 years of experience, our clients have a keen eye for perfection, which has
led them to be a partner studio with two of the biggest fashion e-commerce websites in India, Myntra and Jabong. Their e-commerce clientele consists of the likes of Snapdeal,
Flipkart, Limeroad, Vista Print, Paytm, https://jobeax.com/link/yF3rQqtS4lmAKIkw, Pretty Secrets, and many more.
We now have 3 studios in Mumbai, Bangalore & Delhi.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to manage
brand communications, campaign execution, and client relationships across multiple
accounts. This role demands exceptional coordination skills, a service-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams through clear,
2. professional verbal and written correspondence.
3. Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships
4. based on trust and responsiveness.
5. Ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to deadlines across all
6. assignments.
7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline client requirements into
8. actionable briefs.
9. Manage daily coordination across multiple brands, ensuring consistency and
10. strong client relationship management.
11. End-to-end campaign coordination between client and team from planning
12. and creative development to final delivery.
13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of
14. deliverables and daily tasks.
15. Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite for
16. documentation, reporting, and presentations, etc.
17. Maintain exceptional attention to detail and deliver error-free content across
18. all client touchpoints.
19. Demonstrate superior customer service and interpersonal skills in all client
20. interactions.
21. Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining composure.

7. Ability to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities.
