We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic telecaller/client relationship executive to join our financial services team. The candidate will be responsible for regularly connecting with new and existing clients, sharing relevant market updates, and understanding their financial requirements. The role involves client calling, relationship management, and generating leads and business opportunities for various financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make daily outbound calls to new and existing clients
2. Share relevant stock market updates, IPO updates, market opportunities, and important financial information with clients
3. Follow up regularly with clients and maintain good professional relationships
4. Understand clients' financial requirements and identify suitable product and service opportunities
5. Generate business opportunities for demat and trading accounts, mutual funds/sips, insurance, loans (Personal, business, home, etc.), IPOs, investment opportunities, and other financial products and services offered by the company
6. Inform clients about new products, offers, services, and investment opportunities
7. Follow up with interested clients until their requirements are fulfilled or converted into business
8. Maintain accurate records of client conversations, requirements, and follow-ups
9. Coordinate with the internal team to process client requirements
10. Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and business targets
11. Provide professional and courteous communication to clients at all times

A. Candidate requirements:

1. Good communication skills in English, Hindi and/or Marathi/Gujarati will be an advantage

2. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls

3. Good convincing and interpersonal skills

4. Positive attitude and willingness to learn

5. Basic knowledge or interest in stock market/mutual funds/insurance/loans will be preferred

6. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

7. Experience in telecalling, sales, banking, insurance, mutual funds, stock market or financial services will be an added advantage

8. Basic computer knowledge is required

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,20,000 - 4,80,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,20,000 - 2,40,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
